About AEGUANA WAY/// AEGUANA WAY met in Brienza (PZ) on February 2005. Since the beginning they measure themselves in producing unpublished songs, gaining the first significant results in composition. Their live experience starts on summer 2005, when the first totally auto-produced demo record “FASE CRIMINALE” came to light (recorded in august at Reptilia Studios). Many ideas meet among the record’s13 songs. They sketch out an incisive sound, but still under construction, in which the grunge and alternative rock tones work together to better personalize the band’s style. Tuneful sensitivity and rhythmic accents change from song to song up to come to today’s new, wide and diverse music repertory. A year later they give birth to a second demo record, “VUOTO & NIENTE” with 6 brand-new tunes. Anger and passion are still the same but supported by a new composition maturity and a deeper awareness about their own expression skills. 2007 is the crucial year for Aeguana Way’s growing and musical research. A year rich in live performances that lead the band to share the stage with Piero Pelù (Meeting del Mare in Marina di Camerota –SA) and Nidi d’arac (“Voci dal sud” in Sant’Arsenio –SA). In the same year the band starts its collaboration with REAL TONE MUSIC LAB from Naples and the producer GIAMPIERO FERRANTE, who is actually involved in the realization of the debut official album which is going to be released on the beginning of 2009.
