The latest history has been written in September 2005, when Marco has decided to leave the band in order to follow other ways. This is how the boys from the giglio ( - pushed by the same wit or better still hightly determined to fill up people's hearts through new melodies ) have started to work hardly trying out new sounds from Ale's keyboard, from Beppe's bass, from Ronny’s guitars and from Luca’s rhythms….keeping Lily’s Road style…..but these are the roots of the band as follows:

The band was born in 2001 by the name of Cherryes but then some time later it has been changed into Lily Road. Among the members of the band, Ronny and Beppe are those who have been involved the most and for longer time in the fulfilment of their own musical project, to which Luca and then Marco have taken part to. The histories of the 4 emokids met together at „via del giglio“, a small street in the middle of Pistoia , where the members used to have a snack by the –fry-shop- of the town.

Each member of the band has contributed through his own musical taste to enrich  the melodic supply in order  to flow into different sensations which bring you back to the nostalgic evenings spent with genuine friends.

In October 2004 the „family“ has grown thanks to the arrival of the 5th member of the band: Alessandro (vocals) Before  his entrance into „Lily Road“, Alessandro used to sing and play the bass by another hard core band from Pistoia, the „Four Folts“ ( well how to say…..he does more or less everything!!). The soul of the band grows bigger and it’s ready to live new musical adventures (concerts,musical research).
