The Krypton were born in 2002, just for fun, beginning their career as a cover band of some rock groups (Blink 182, Millencolin, Offspring, Nirvana). After the first few concerts in the towns nearby, between parties e and musical contests, the five components of the group feel the need to express theirselves with their own pieces and they begin composing music and lyrics. Results are surprisingly immediate: with "Sweet Delirium" and "Ticket 4 round" they win an important contest and they end up in a studio for the creation of a demo.
From June 2004 the band goes on with the development of its ideas, but not disliking sometimes, the remake of a few covers to play during concerts. Particular attention is dedicated to the live experience, where the stroke of the lyrics and the musical energy show the real nature of the group. Their original style, result of the fusion of different genres, moving from californian punk/rock to emo/crossover, creates a sound that is both interesting and of certain impact on the public. Between the fans' most appreciated songs are "Valentine's Day" and "Lost Summer".
In March 2007 the Krypton begin working at their first and deeply desired album, which could seriously be an important turn in the musical career of this young band. The CD will be available for the public around mid-may and it will contain more or less 10 songs, two of which will be "Sick of you" and "Tutto resta com'è".
Followed by a short tour, the album comes out on may 19th. It is an immediate success between the public and it attracts positive comments from the pro's on the field.
After a short and well deserved summer break, the band goes back into the rehearsal room with new materials and to train for the winter part of the "Behind the shadows" tour.
